Recruiter german/dutch speaker

NTRglobal is a young International software company with Headquarters in Barcelona and Offices all over the world. We are looking for a Dutch/German speaker recruiter to lead all the recruitment processes of Germany, Benelux, Uk and more offices. You will join into a young HR department composed by 4 people. The Recruiter Role will turn into an HR generalist afterwards. POSITION PURPOSE Manage the whole internal recruitment processes for the German and/or Dutch markets. REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Job sites and external agencies management - CVs reception and screening - First telephone interviews - Face to face interviews - Give daily feedback to Managers - Contract closing Requisitos Estudios mínimos: Licenciado - Psicología Experiencia mínima: Al menos 3 años Requisitos mínimos: - Proficiency in English - German/Dutch native - 2-3 years experience dealing with recruitment tasks either in-house or in consultancy environments Skills required: - Good communication skills - Organisation and time management - Proactivity - Team player - Ability to manage and prioritize different processes at the same time Contrato Jornada laboral: Completa Especifica la fuente.
